My family and I have been in and around Nevada County since I was 9 years old, and we love living back here. My wife’s name is Sandra and we have four sons whom we are very proud of.

Many of our family members have been in the building trades for well over 30 years. I personally have built a number of houses, help build two separate churches, and have worked with family members in their trades since I was a teenager. I hold a Bachelor’s degree (BBS) and I have been the owner of two other businesses in the past. My wife and I have owned several different homes and commercial real estate, at various times, so we understand both sides of the real estate deal. I will consistently be honest, fair, thorough, and will do my best to make your transaction as smooth as possible.

I have been formally trained for many hours in the classroom, as well as, in the field. I have well over 250 hours of education specific to home inspections. I am certified through the National Home Inspector’s Examination (EBPHI), A.I.I., and FREA. I strictly adhere to the standards of practice of the American Institute of Inspectors (AII), the Foundation of real estate appraisers (FREA), and the standards that are laid out by the State of California for home inspectors.
